Collection: Collars

A collar can be a very safe way to restrain your Frenchie when you are out walking, or when you wish to leave them outside in an enclosed area to roam a little freely. Collars are great for short walks or on rainy days.  They are also ideal for identification purposes.  If you have a young Frenchie make sure you train your puppy early with a collar and harness.  It will make walking a fun outdoor activity for you all.

Make sure the collar is fairly snug and not tight.  The last thing you want to do is limit their breathing.  Loose collars can present a chocking hazard, especially young puppies. The rule of thumb says you should be able to get two fingers underneath a collar.
