Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
At Frenchie Mob we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns and exchanges. The returns need to be shipped within 30 days of receipt via return post for an exchange or refund.
Products for refund or exchange must be unused and not worn. Tags must also be attached. Also in it's original condition and original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund by original method of payment, will be processed within 10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@frenchiemob.com.au
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges
If you have purchased an incorrect size, we are happy to exchange the item. Additional postal charges apply, so please choose carefully. Please include a prepaid post bag (parcel or express) with tracking number. Please email hello@frenchiemob.com.au with details of your exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will aim to have your item exchanged within 14 working days.
